Shipping policy

Dispatching your order
Your order will be packed and ready to be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via the email address you have provided. Please ensure that you provided us with the correct email and contact number.

Pre Orders
If you have ordered a combination of ready stock and pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped only when the pre-ordered items are ready. Please contact us at shop@sbdindonesia.id if you have any questions about pre-orders before you place your order. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on your order size and delivery location. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.  

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipment is created. To track your delivery via J&T Express, click here. To track your delivery via JNE click here. Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions tab in your email if you haven’t received it yet. 

Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to your given address. 

Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. We are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to your address.
