Exchanges
Before you start the exchange process, please reach out to us via email at shop@sbdindonesia.id to inform us and check if you are eligible for an exchange.
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 30 days from receiving the goods. Items must be returned as new, not washed, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, and still in its original packaging with all tags in original condition. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
The customer will pay all postage and packaging cost for the safe return of the goods and delivery of the exchanged item.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a courier service with tracking or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
After your item is received, we will inspect the condition of all items and contact you within 5 to 10 working days to notify you of the status of your exchange. You will be contacted at the email address listed on your account, please keep it updated and check your spam folder.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks will not be accepted for a refund unless a warranty claim is processed.
All Pre Order items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be refunded only when the items are returned to us. You may need to pay for additional postage and packaging costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Faulty Items and Warranty Claims
All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
Warranty cases are assessed on an individual basis. To submit a warranty claim, first email us at shop@sbdindonesia.id with your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the defect and its date of receipt. Do not return your item until we have assessed your claim and notified you via email.
The customer is responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods and will bear all postage and packaging charges.
We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item. We cannot process your warranty claim if we do not receive your item.
Once we have received your item and inspected it, we will notify you via email and inform you of the exchange process.
